Y-Group games develops and publishes games for the web and mobile (the "Service"). We may also refer to Y-Group games as "We" or "Us". • as reasonably necessary in order to provide the Services to you;
• where it is necessary to carry out your instructions (for example, to process a payment instruction we must provide your Personal Information to our payment processors);

• when you submit information as part of a competition or otherwise interact with our social media channels we may publish the information you submitted, alongside your name and home country on our website and social media channels;

• in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions and/or any other agreement with you; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Y-Group games, our users, or others.

Enquiries and UA review requests submitted on our website

When you send us a message or request a free UA review through the forms on yovogroup.com, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, the topic of your enquiry, a link to your game on Google Play, the daily ad budget you indicate and any message you add. We also record the page the form was sent from, the language of the page and, where present, campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source).

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare the review you requested and, if you wish, to discuss working together. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our form-processing provider, Formspree, which processes the data on our behalf. We do not use these details for advertising and do not sell them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to business@yovogroup.com.

On our website we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data.

COPPA

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information on children under the age of 13. When a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or through any feedback, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.

Advertising

This type of service allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes displayed in the form of banners and other advertisements on this Application, possibly based on User interests. Whenever you use our apps, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request. For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) or use for this purpose other Personal Data (such as IP Address). More details concerning the collection or processing of Personal Data may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

What rights do you have?

Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. This Application does not support "Do Not Track" requests.

Consent withdrawal and opt-out of sale of information

You can change your consent status at any time from the Privacy Settings available in Y-Group games mobile games and applications. Y-Group games does not sell the personal information of its users, but we may share it with third parties such as analytics and advertising companies in order to improve and personalize your experience. Adjusting your consent settings within Y-Group games apps and games will allow you to block the collection of data for these purposes.

Access right / Rectification and erasure

Upon request, Y-Group games will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may access or request deletion of your personal information directly in Y-Group games mobile apps or by contacting our Data Protection Officer. You may request rectification of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete personal data, and erasure of your personal data when no longer necessary. To have your data erased or rendered inaccessible you can either reset your mobile advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAAID on Android) or activate "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings, or contact our Data Protection Officer to have previously collected data permanently erased or anonymized.

Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to this privacy policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page.
